On the 2^-nd of Octomber 2009 the traditional seminar: New Geodetic Tools and Technologies was held in the House of science and technology - Plovdiv, organized by The Union of Surveyors and Land Managers in BULGARIA.

The first report on the subject was lectured by Stanimir Stoykov - Commercial Director BuliPOS. He announced the intentions of his company to offer navigational services and solutions for the surveyors in Bulgaria.

In August BuliPOS realized one of its main priorities - trans-boundary cooperation between Bulgaria and Serbia / Romania started as from 24.08.2009 three new GNSS stations were set along the western boundary. On the 27.08.2009 our northern neighbouring countries joined us with extra three receivers.

BuliPOS as part of the largest global navigational community in Europe made this happen for it realized the standards of the EUPOS initiative.

Since the 1^-st of June 2009 reference station has also started functioning in Montana.

On the 19^-th of May 2009 in Sofia, the official inauguration of BULIPOS system took place.
